Providing  customer service is vital for visitor satisfaction your Jersey taxi service are usually the first local people to have contact with visitors.

Customer service is based upon communications offering  good connection and rapport.

How you create in the first few minutes of contact goes a long way!

This can lift your taxi service above just “a ride” and makes YOU the driver of the taxi the integral value of the taxi service.

How do you find out from the client what service they want?
What you are as a service provider,

Need to know about the nature and personalities of people.

Most people you deal with are nice, but we all have our bad days.

“Four W’s”:
​Where?  Who? What? And Why? 

Where:
Where is the client is going?  What he would like to see?
What information the visitor needs or wants?
Who:
Who are you ? (what image do you project?)
Who is the client ? (how do you find out ?)

You are doing a great job!

 During the workshop we will work together on the list of  '10 Customer service tips for taxi drivers'
​which can serve as a reminder on those routine days that you are doing a great job.
